Place Land proposes to submit an outline planning application to South Hams District Council early in 2022.  This will seek to establish the principle of residential development and the site’s capacity based on an illustrative masterplan and secure affordable housing and other developer contributions.  The proposals will include full details of the vehicular access design, whilst matters of detail relating to the design, layout and landscaping will be the subject of a later Reserved Matters application.

Ahead of submission of the outline planning application, we would welcome your comments and feedback on the draft proposals and how the proposals could contribute towards a thriving and sustainable future for East Allington.
